Only one game in the Premier League
this Sunday, but it's going to be a good one, when Fulham welcomes
Sunderland. The Black Cats managed to pull out of the relegation zone
and even succeeded in taking the lead in their last game against
Everton, but had no chance to come out victorious and on Sunday they
will have to face Fulham on the Cottagers' own territory, where Fulham
is solid as rock. We can understand the bookies hesitation in giving
very short odds to Fulham - they have drawn their last three games,
including a visit to struggling Reading. Defensively Fulham are not on
the level Jol would like them to be and while the team is below only
United in goals scored this season, the defense lets in just as many as
the attack delivers. Regardless, we believe that while not a stroll in
the park, Fulham will manage to take three points from Sunderland this
Sunday.
